Did you know that Papua New Guinea is #152 on the Human Development Index while Australia is #2? 5 women in Papua New Guinea die in childbirth every day, 1 in 13 children die before the age of 5 and someone dies from Tuberculosis every 2 hours — this is just right off our coast!!

For over five years, YWAM Medical Ships have transported medical teams into remote areas of Papua New Guinea to deliver vital healthcare and training to the people. In order for their life-saving work to continue, YWAM Medical Ships need to raise $5 million for a new ship.

It sounds like an impossible figure, but I believe it is possible to overcome! 

As a way of helping to make this possible, the Rentschs will be overcoming our own impossible by riding the distance to PNG and back (2,162km) before 4 December. All money raised will go toward the new YWAM Medical Ship as we Ride for Relief - donte per KM or a one off donation.
